General
When to order
For usual orders, It is ideal to order 2-3 weeks ahead, so I can get you marked in my calendar and I can order supplies/ingredients. You might want to order before that if it is a big/complex order. Because this isn't my full time job, I have very limited availability, so it's always better to order too early than too late!
How to Order
Please refer to the contact page in the menu bar. The fastest way to get a hold of me would be Instagram or text. Things to include in your order are: date, dessert type, how big/how many/ how many people, design ideas, and your name.
Dietary options
I offer dietary options upon request. All precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination, however I cannot 100% guarantee traces will not be present.
Are all macarons gluten free?
Yes, all my macaron shells are gluten free! However, some of my fillings contain gluten. If you are gluten free, please tell me so I can be careful to not cross contaminate and I can avoid flavors that contain gluten.
Payment policy
You can pay with cash , Venmo, or check (written out to Alayna Rindler) when you pick up your dessert. You can cancel your order up to a week in advance, and after that you have to pay 50%, or 100% if you cancel a day before. I may tweak this policy if I see fit.
Weddings/Large Events
When to order
It's best to order a couple months before the wedding, ideally 5 months ahead. I suggest ordering sooner if your wedding is during spring or fall.
The process of ordering
Please refer to the contact page to contact me. When you do, I'd like to know the date and what product you are wanting for how many people. After that we can meet in person to find the perfect design for you. After a week or so of our meeting, I will make a Google doc with all the information we talked about and the final quote.
Flowers, structures, decoration, ect.
If you want fresh flowers for your wedding cake, you can have your florist contact me so we can arrive at the same time or they can leave flowers at the venue for me to place. If you have your own stand, that's great, otherwise you can rent one from me. The same goes for any toppers, other decorations, or structures.
Delivery
I charge a small delivery fee depending on where it is so I can pay for my time and gas. I will need to know where your venue is, what time it is open, and if I should coordinate to meet with the florist the day of delivery.
Payment policy
After you are sure you have decided on your product, I would like a 25% down payment, and then the rest at least a week before your big day. I may ask for a down payment sonner if someone else inquires on your day.
